Service boundary
Automation Assurance monitors metadata receipts. It does not inspect workflow payloads, guarantee that automation or business outcomes will succeed, replace native platform logs, or provide legal, financial or compliance advice.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must use opaque identifiers, keep tokens confidential, avoid personal or sensitive payloads, configure realistic deadlines and ensure they are authorized to instrument each workflow.
Availability and early access
The proof is provided on an early-access basis and features may change. We may suspend access to protect customers, the service or third parties. Incidents are operational signals requiring human review, not proof of liability or regulatory compliance.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
No billing is currently enabled, so requesting or using the proof cannot create a charge, renewal or refund entitlement. Before paid activation, we will display the applicable price, GST treatment, renewal interval and cancellation controls. The intended Agency subscription will renew monthly until cancelled, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the paid period. Any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law, continue to apply.
Ending the proof
You may stop using the proof or request deletion at any time. We may end a proof if it is inactive, misused or unsafe, and will preserve legally required records only for as long as needed.
