Automation Assurance is a registered business name operated by Synergy Bridge Pty Ltd, ABN 69 658 942 404, an Australian private company registered for GST. Privacy questions, access requests and complaints can be sent to privacy@automationassurance.com.au.
Information we collect
The early-access form stores an email address, optional agency name, approximate workflow count, consent record, source and timestamps. Authenticated workspaces store account identity, agency, client and workflow configuration, support requests and audit history. Receipt monitoring stores an opaque workflow key, opaque run ID, timestamps, test flag, succeeded or failed outcome, idempotency record and incident history.
Information we reject
Workflow payloads, customer records, credentials and unexpected request fields are rejected. Do not encode names, email addresses, order details or other personal information into workflow or run identifiers.
Why we use it
We use early-access details to respond to requests, operate the proof and measure product demand. We use account and receipt metadata to authenticate users, detect incidents, generate reports, provide support, secure the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use workflow metadata for advertising.
Storage, disclosure and overseas processing
The service uses OpenAI Sites-managed hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, Resend for service email and Stripe for sandbox billing preparation. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We disclose only the information reasonably required for each service and do not send workflow payloads to them.
Retention and security
We keep information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, security records, dispute handling or legal obligations. Workspace owners can export their data and request deletion. Access is restricted by account and agency, credentials are kept out of public code, and receipt logs are designed to exclude payload data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction, deletion and complaints
Authenticated workspace owners can use the export and deletion controls in the app. Other verified requests can be emailed to the privacy address above. We aim to acknowledge privacy complaints promptly and respond within 30 days. If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We will update this notice when our information handling materially changes and publish the effective date on this page.
